THE BRIEF BIO
James is a creative designer and artist working in New York City.
Currently a Senior Designer at Sotheby’s where he is responsible for leading a small team of designers in the conceptual and stylistic execution of key digital projects and marketing campaigns.
Prior to Sotheby’s, James had the privilege to work on marketing campaigns for ABC Television, WGN-America, Al Jazerra America, MTV, WEtv, CBS tv, Fox Home Entertainment, Universal Pictures, FX, Comedy Central, and Fidelity Investments
Additionally, Jim has designed OOH digital displays, emails, as well as placements for digital platforms. While at FOX, he designed branded-content advertorials for both IGN and AskMen.
Jim is an avid sports enthusiast, who enjoys traveling to different cities to watch baseball games. Best stadium: PNC Park.
Other interest includes running, reading, the MOMA, film-making, traveling, NYC living, and he has a long suffering love/hate relationship with basketball.
He also dabbles in art projects, mostly abstract and screen prints. And on occasion he will enjoy a fine whiskey with friends.
